Today for my long run this week I ran 15 miles. It went great except for a couple of blisters. I ran it just under 3 hours, which was around an 11 min mile. I hope to get it down to a 10 min mile for the marathon so I can finish under 5 hours. I am still very pleased with how well I am doing with my training. It hasn't gone this well since my first marathon in 2001.
